An independent request site
KigaliAirportPickup.com is an independent airport pickup and private-driver request site for visitors arriving in Rwanda. We are not Kigali International Airport, an airline, RDB, Visit Rwanda, or a government transport service. Sending a request is an enquiry; it is not a confirmed booking.
Manual review, no guarantees
Every request is reviewed and followed up manually, usually on WhatsApp. We do not provide instant booking, live availability, or guaranteed vehicles. Options, timing, and price depend on your flight, luggage, destination, and availability, and are confirmed with you before your pickup. Nothing is charged to send a request.
Drive times and estimates
Any drive times shown are approximate and vary with traffic, weather, road works, and arrival conditions. Confirm your specific timing with us before you rely on it.
