When you submit the pickup request or contact form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, WhatsApp number, flight number, arrival date and time, destination, passengers, luggage notes, and any notes, so that we can review your request and follow up manually about your Kigali airport pickup.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your request and to arrange the pickup or private driver you asked about. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the driver or partner needed to arrange your pickup, and where required by law.
Analytics
We use basic analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it. It is not used to identify you personally.
Your choices
